Pauline Faison Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Pauline Faison passed from this life on August 21, 2017 in Bethany at age 98. She was born on June 4, 1919 in Arkansas to Tip Wiseman and Jennetta Belle (Hinson) Wiseman. Pauline was a very caring person, the oldest child of many brothers and sisters. Her mother became very ill after the new baby was born, Pauline as a young teenager, became a mother to the newborn plus a Mom to the other children and all the responsibilities that go with a growing family. When she had time she loved to ride horses, even rode in Rodeo parades, she loved to play in the snow and go rabbit hunting. Later she worked for an eye doctor for several years, was a telephone operator for a number of years, she operated a pool hall and domino parlor, she loved to play cards and dominoes and she usually was the winner. Pauline and her late husband like to sip on a Dr. Pepper and watch TV. Graveside Services for Pauline are schedule for Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Granite City Cemetery with Chaplain Joe Findley officiating. Viewing for Pauline will begin Friday, August 25, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at People’s Funeral Home located at 1400 West Main, Lone Wolf, 580-846-9018.
